We had some questions when doing a basement renovation and Cash was able to come over for an inspection. He took the time to measure and properly inspect the place, and he shared his expertise and provided recommendations beyond the structure. He later gave us a detailed report with suggestions, instructions and specs. A+ service. Some other structural engineering companies wouldn’t even consider an inspection without a project.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! I had a problem with my second story sagging and was recommended to this outfit by a foundation company. The owner Cash Carr came to my house and couldn't give an explanation for why my second floor was sagging but provided a fix. Needless to say I'm not inclined to follow someones advice if he can't tell me what caused the problem as I want to make sure the cause is also addressed. He recommended that he come out again and do another measurement with some specialized equipment which I declined because he said it would cost me an additional fee. On top of the home inspection fee, he charged me for office hours during which he said he needed to do some "heavy calculations." I formally understood his fee would cover everything needed to make the report. Bottom line: Owner is dishonest and doesn't have integrity. Must have missed some fundamental items taught in Kindergarten. I will NEVER use this outfit and recommend you don't either. Everything appears good at first, but he will take your money and give you nothing you can use. At least, that is what happened in my case. I am now forced to make a complaint with BBB.

We hired Cash Carr Technical Services to help us evaluate the foundation and geologic risk of a house we were purchasing. The property analysis included soil type review, area slide history, a review of erosion risk on the slope beneath the house, a thorough review of the foundation and crawl space to evaluate the construction quality and an inspection and recommendations for repairs related to the footings for the decks which are built out over the steep slope. Cash was easy to schedule with and went out of his way to help us get through the review on a very tight timeline. We will definitely hire again if the need arises.

Mr. Carr didn't have all his tools with him and wanted to charge me again for coming back to my house to get the measurements with the instrument. This is poor customer service. He should have willingly come out and get the measurement at no cost. If I can't trust him at this stage, it's better to end the relationship and move on. Very poor and dishonest service.

Cash Carr is without a doubt the best engineer I've ever worked with and I've worked with a lot of them. He takes your project and quarterbacks the whole thing from start to finish. He's timely and punctual and fairly priced. I'm a 4th generation contractor and our business is going around now for 4 Generations. Cash is the only architect / engineer that I will work with now and in the future.
