Crawlspace Medic of Richmond

Had a great experience with Crawlspace Medic a few weeks ago. The arrived promptly for the estimate, offered flexible scheduling, completed the job in a timely fashion (including a new crawlspace door and new humidifier), cleaned up after themselves, and were professional the entire time. We also used their recommended electricians, but I don't remember their business name. Regardless, they installed an outlet for the humidifier a couple days before Crawlspace arrived and were also easy to work with, and fairly priced. We highly recommend Crawlspace Medic of Richmond (and their preferred electricians).

Greg did a great job overseeing the installation—he answered all our questions and helped expedite scheduling, which we really appreciated. Jesse handled the actual installation and was fantastic. His attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch, and he made sure everything was cleaned up afterward—something many companies often overlook. Working with Colin was a great experience from the beginning. The first day he arrived, spoke with me before going into the crawlspaces, and explained a lot as well as answering numerous questions. He did not rush. He went into the crawlspaces and stay for an hour. He is very thorough. He has always answered and returned phone calls, texts and emails. We moved into a new home, Stephen was able to listen and consider what we wanted to do with crawlspace and what we could afford to help us get what we wanted. Crawlspace looks great and was done according to quote, new crawlspace vapor barrier is sturdy and tolerated me being on it no problems. Greg was super nice and offered consultation on questions without trying to oversell me. I think the work done will help us have a healthier home in the future. I would recommend them.

He was knowledgeable and professional. His team was flexible with scheduling around other contractors, and ultimately got the job done quickly and within my budget.
