Called Michael & Son services to replace my water heater, the previous had several leaks. The service sent one of the best in the business service technician to fix my water heater named Josh, he did an excellent job, extremely knowledgeable in his possession and very professional, kept us informed of all actions taken, very friendly and courteous from start to finish. Clean up his area of operations and was very patient during the payment time when I have to contact my bank for authorization. Back brief me on the functions of the equipment and went over the contract in detail for clear understanding; able to answer all questions on the spot. Very satisfied with his service and dedication to his duties as a technician, he is a great asset to the team. Thanks again Josh and the Michael & Son Services.

Ive had micheal and sons do plumbing work on a couple of my properties. They are quick and do a good job. A little pricy but the quality of work is good. I would suggest to be very specific with your details as they are a big company and have specialized techs for every aspect of the job. Again they are a big company so they will get to you quick and they have a lot of skilled techs to get it done right.

Had them as our primary A/C guys and they were out doing a routine system check. The person who came out fell through the ceiling. There was no call or apology by a manager and the ceiling in the bedroom is still not fixed. Have tried calling and emailing to get the ceiling fixed to no avail. Will not be using them going forward.

Dustin Wettstein and De'Montre Williams were very friendly and professional. Provided great service and were very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and was very polite and respectful. Best technicians I honestly have ever had. One was the electrician and one the plumber who came on different days but they both provided excellent customer service.

Had new hvac put in by them exactly 1yr ago. He has been out to serve the unit 11 times in the past year to try to get it working correctly. Last time the AC disconnected blue while they were working on it. Service guy said it would be $700 to fix it. I told him absolutely not. If you get a man on the phone he couldn’t get a manager so the guy just left us but no heat the next day. We finally got a hold of a manager and the guy was like tough luck. There’s no way we did that sorry. The picture is four days after they installed original unit entire ductwork wasn’t put on correctly

I had a great experience with Michael & Son. Demonte, my technician, was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He thoroughly assessed my plumbing concerns and was able to get the problem repaired. He generously offered to go ahead and complete the work same day since we were his last appointment instead of having to schedule a second appointment. He let me know everything he needed to do and even cleaned up after he was finished. Michael & Son will definitely be my first call the next time we need a home repair.

My furnace stopped working and even on a Friday at 3pm they had Terry come out within a few hours. He was very professional, courteous and explained things well. No extra cost even tho it was last minute. I was very happy with Terry the tech and this was my first experience with Michael & sons. I will use them again for sure!!!
