Had Palermo Concrete out to do a new backyard stamped patio along w a new front step/sidewalk. Ended up adding a bigger concrete apron out of the garage too! This is one well run company by Jeff and Marie. On time every day! When do you ever see that with contractors. Professional, courteous, respectful, thoughtful, high communications, excellent quality work! No shortcuts. Always asking before proceeding for certainty or when options exist. I'd recommend their work in a heartbeat. Pricing was fair. Larger crew meant way faster completion vs 2-3 person crew on a job our size (less weather concerns etc). Our 2 day job (partly bc we added some driveway to it) would've easily been 1+ wk for a smaller crew. Awesome job Palermo! You're doing it the right way. Appreciate you all.

Recently had the Palermo and team in to remove an old deck and install a new patio, and they did an awesome job. The team was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The patio looks fantastic, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Will 100% use them again if concrete needs arrive for us in the future!

We recently contracted with Palermo Concrete to replace a very sunken 23 year old stampcrete pool patio and a 33 year old front entrance sidewalk. Marie was very responsive with help for our questions and in choosing a new brushed concrete color for all areas. Jeff was onsite for the old tearout and the new installation, along with an amazing team of professionals who completed the work efficiently, promptly, and with great care. I am in love with my stamped concrete walkway. Marie is responsive and friendly. The crew was respectful and left a clean worksite. They discussed color choices with me and guided me to the right color for house. It’s fantastic!

Hired Palermo for out front steps/walkway. The employees that came to the house were nice but other than that I mostly have bad to say. I was not happy with the quality work done. I reached out to the owner who was very disrespectful in return and did not seem to care that I was unhappy with the product. He simply said that I was overreacting and that I should be happy with it. I responded back to him with some concerns and questions and I never heard back. Some of the design had pretty major flaws and discoloration which were shrugged off. Overall not pleased with the product or the customer service. Will not be hiring them again and would not recommend to friends or family. Update. After first winter our concrete is chipped to hell and cracking very badly. Contacted polermo and they want nothing to do with it. They told us to call another company and pay to have it resurfaced.. Completely unacceptable. Will be contacting other concrete companies for a second opinion as this appears to be the fault of polermo and poor curing of the concrete which they should be liable for.
