When you hear those four dreaded words "You need foundation repair" it's hard to know where to start. Granite was recommended by the engineer I had evaluate our house and I am SO thankful! The whole experience, from the consultation/bid through to finalizing, was fantastic. It was as hands off as something like this can be, with an amiable and timely crew and, when they left? Almost like they had never been there - the pictures below are taken two days apart. I know it's hard to believe, but it's true! I hope to never need extensive foundation repair again but, if I do? I'm going back to Granite.

Horrible Experience, Completely Incompetent. I hired Granite to fix my 94 year old mom’s foundation, and wasted $3800.00 shimming Beams that their engineering report said afterwards was a total waste of money, that the Beams needed to be replaced, then shimmed. So I am $3800.00 and they came back and said it would cost another $7800.00, needless to say, no discount for wasting $3800.00, so I went with a different company and so glad i did. I would NEVER use Granite foundation again.

I had some cracks in a one of my bedroom walls as well as a crack in my ceiling, so I called Granite to take a look and make some recommendations for me. The cracks weren't especially egregious, but they bothered me. After taking elevation measurements and looking over the inside and outside of the house, Tim said I didn't need piers since the foundation had settled only about one inch. It wasn't worth the the risk or money to install new piers and that it would likely cause more damage to my interior. Whenever a company turns away business in the interest of the customer, I have to respect that. Thank you, Tim.

Granite Foundation is an outstanding foundation repair service. A few years ago we had a few foundation repair companies come out to see if we needed repairs. They all said we needed major repairs at great expense. Granite Foundation came out and said that at that time the did not find sufficient movement to warrant any repairs. So when we noticed some sticking doors we aske another outfit to come out. Again, they wanted to do major work at high cost. Granite came out and said only one area needed work. They put down the necessary supports at a reasonable price. Their team was very professional and careful with our property. Granite has also done work on our daughter's and son-in-laws home a few years ago and they were very satisfied. Highly recommend Granite Foundation Repair.

I have to say all the people I met at Granite Foundation Repair were so knowledgeable and informative, as well as just centered on a great customer experience. From initial bid (from a past customer referral) they were on top of my every question. The crew was top notch and courteous, and cleaned up the mess so that I could not even tell they had been drilling holes outside my house! I would highly recommend them for your foundation needs.
