Renova Concrete Designs

We had about 2700 sq ft. of stamped concrete that was in bad shape in terms of stain color and sealer. It needed a complete makeover. Spec-West the Industry standard for Concrete Trade supplies, highly recommended Lorenzo and Renova Concrete. They were exactly right. He and the whole crew were kind and professional when walking us through what they were doing and made it look exactly as we wanted (which was not easy to do) We HIGHLY recommend Lorenzo and Renova Concrete, and will definitely use him again when it's time for another coat of sealer. Just be prepared for it to take a while to get your job on his schedule. For projects like this, you have to plan ahead and be patient as contractors are busy, especially the good ones. He does a great job, and everyone knows it, so he's busy. But if you can be patient you'll love the job he does. We found the whole crew supervised by Lorenzo to be outstanding showing attention to every little detail when it comes to re-surfacing, staining and sealing. Lorenzo is capable of making adjustments on the go and being sure that you like the results prior to applying the rest of the whole stamped concrete pool deck. We got the color we wanted and the band color to compliment. He transformed our back yard patio area (2700 sq ft.) to make it come alive again in color and vibrancy. Thank you Renova concrete.

Lorenzo and the team at Renova are simply fantastic. He really knows his stuff, takes time to explain it well, and his customer service is excellent. Just be prepared for it to take a while to get your job on his scheduled. He does a great job, and everyone knows it, so he's busy. But if you can be patienct you'll love the job he does. We had him seal our brand new backyard concrete decking in Oct 2019. The concrete is a very light tan color, and we wanted to keep it that way. We were afraid the sealer would darken the concrete too much. He talked us through several options, laid down some samples for us to choose from, and finally recommended we use a very thin seal coat first to see how we liked it. It worked and looked great, but we wanted some extra protection, so we had him add a second coat before winter. It was beautiful and it did a great job protecting the concrete from stains from fallen leaves, etc.. His team was professional and highly detailed. After a few months we did discover just how hard it is to keep such light concrete looking clean, even with it sealed, so we had Renova back in June 2020 to put a thicker coat on. Now dirt and stains just wash off. Again, he did a great job! He cleaned the concrete extremely well before putting on two coats of sealer. It's moderately shiny, and we have to be careful when it's wet, because it is slippery, but we know that will improve as the sealer begins to weather. We HIGHLY recommend Lorenzo and Renova, and will definitely use him again when it's time for another coat. Thank you, Lorenzo!!

Lorenzo made our patio beautiful. The old colors were faded and just plain ugly and he changed the colors and gave new life to our patio. He gave us great advice and explained all of the details of the different products and what was best.

Lorenzo helped me with short notice to fix a concrete nightmare and he was amazing and knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly, he worked hard to understand my vision, and he priced his work fairly. I wanted a stained concrete floor in a sunken living room, with steps to match. Had Renova do staining and sealing of our driveway and patio. All the work was done in a timely manner and finished extremely well. We are very happy with the crew and their professional way they protected the surrounding areas like plants, bark and garages. The finish and colors are beautiful and compliments our home. Lorenzo and his team cleaned my pool tile and re-stained my concrete. I would highly recommend them for both tasks. The work was great. They were easy to talk to and very responsive to questions, concerns, and special requests - even after the fact. Lorenzo is really an artist with great color insights and suggestions. He was super helpful and patient in design and color, which I really needed. My only caution would be that they are extremely busy and booked far out, so I would recommend getting on the work calendar as soon as possible.
