I am delighted with the decision made to hire Lemon Remodeling and his team, I found them on the internet. They were very detail oriented with the work I wanted to do. They also gave us a clear expectation of how long the work will take them. We just had done our deck and insulated our house with new windows and roller shutter. We decided to go with this option not only for the look but also to keep secure our home for our two-year-old boy that runs everywhere! We already feel how warm it will keep our house in the winter and cool in the summer. They completed everything in the timeframe given initially. I look forward to having more projects at home and work with Lemon Remodeling.

I had a turnkey renovation project including structural wall removal, bathrooms remodeling, combination of tile and hardwood flooring, internal painting for a 2 story house. I'm glad to have chosen Lemon Remodeling after first consultation with Asaf who explained process clearly and openly. Ben and team did an excellent job in execution inspire of delays in material supplies and especially during my absence for overseas trip. I highly recommend Lemon Remodeling team for any complex renovation project considering great team work, minimal follow up and their expertise in dealing with permits and quick turnaround for any inspection feedback.

I had Lemon remodeling complete a remodel of my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I worked with Ben and I would highly recommend him. He clearly has a lot more experience than many project managers and has a great understanding of all the details that really matter. Furthermore his team and even the owner is super fast to communicate and respond to anything I needed during the process. They were spot on with cost estimates and billing was always clear and at the time I expected. The resulting remodel was really nice, and I am really glad I went with them as they delivered the results promised, which is not always the case these days. Ben is certainly a man of his work which I highly appreciate and is also not something you get with all contractors. I look forward to working with Ben and the team when the next project comes along in the future 🙂

Lemon Remodeling was wonderful. I worked closely with Asa, with his office supervision. They helped us refreshing our living area in just under two weeks, start to finish! That included installing new floors, new crown molding, refreshing our wall's painting, installing new recessed lights. They were very efficient, speedy, and thorough. Throughout the experience, Asa was very communicative, open, and honest. My wife and I both work each day late hours, but we had the full trust of Asa and his team to be in the house working. He was very accessible if we had any questions by phone. We'd highly, highly recommend Lemon Remodeling for future remodeling projects, no matter how big or small. Price was very reasonable considering the value, and they put no pressure on you to do more than you need. And of course, there are always little touch-ups here and there afterward to get everything perfect, but Asa and his team were more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we felt happy.

We have used Lemon Remodeling for many of our past renovations and have been always pleased with their work. We like that they are prompt, always clean up at the end of the day and Eli always keeps us informed of the day-to-day progress. We feel comfortable with the guys that come to work. They are always friendly and courteous.

It was a great pleasure working with Lemon Remodeling on my master bathroom renovation project. Alex spent quality time with me during the planning phases of the project to ensure that I came up with the best possible design for our bathroom. He guided us through the selection process of vanity, appliances, light fixtures, tiles, and paint colors. He also was a great project manager and managed the workers to make sure the workmanship was up to his high standards. Quality is an essential requirement for Lemon Remodeling and they insist on using products and materials which will last.

Lemon recently fixed my foundation and subflooring, which were damaged by two 75-foot trees planted years ago right next to the house. The tree roots had grown under the house, cracking the foundation and lifting the piers—and making major "humps" in the floors of the master bedroom, master bathroom, and living room. I was completely overwhelmed at the prospect of making the repair. Fortunately, I found Lemon and they took care of everything for me. My experience with Lemon: • Price—Lemon bid the lowest of the several contractors who quoted the repair. Their approach to repair made the most sense because it didn’t require damage (and additional expense) to the inside of the house. I didn’t feel they were trying to sell me a product or inflate the price. • Communication—Jacob was my project manager and spent all the time I needed to ask questions or get a project status. He seemed to anticipate my questions and reached out to me every day by phone, text, email, or in person. I felt Lemon was actively partnering with me to make the repair and that they cared that it was done well. • Ease—Jacob handled everything the project needed—scheduling the engineering and architectural plans, securing the permits, scheduling the inspection, and doing the actual work. I didn’t have to do anything. It was so nice to let someone take care of it—and take care of it correctly. • Comfort—I felt Jacob and his team were honest and had my best interests at heart. I was comfortable asking them questions, talking about problems that arose during the project, and having them in my home. • Timeliness—The team was on time and very responsive. They worked every day and finished the project about ten days sooner than I expected. • Cleanliness—The team was surprisingly clean. Digging concrete piers from under the house—in a crawlspace 18 inches high—was loud, dirty, and dusty. They protected the floors and hung plastic barriers to isolate the work space. And, after each day, the team swept up and stacked their tools nicely. Of course there was a garbage pile outside the house during the project, but it was removed within a day of the project being completed. Jacob even planned to have someone come to my house to clean it after the project was done. What initially overwhelmed me turned out to be a positive experience. I’m very happy that I could work with Jacob and the Lemon team and hope to be able to use them again on future projects.
