If I could give more than 5/5 stars I would! This company was absolutely amazing, Jed was so helpful. He went out of his way to fit me into his schedule, was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. I have used other mold testing companies in the past, who have not been helpful, communicative, or transparent, and Jed was the extreme opposite. I will absolutely be calling him if I ever need any testing in the future, seriously recommend!!

If you need testing done for mold you should definitely call this company. The specialist was very helpful And explained everything step by step. Jeb came out to measure ambient air for mold spores. He explained the entire process and proceeded with testing. He was very easy to speak to and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend his company.

Within an hour he was at our address and in half an hour he was done collecting the samples he needed even after us adding an extra room last minute. He was very patient and helpful throughout while providing a thorough explanation of not only his role in the process, but also that of anyone else we may contact within the industry during our mold remediation. State Farm Insurance denied my kitchen pipe burst because like a good neighbor State Farm is there…. so then I found Jed online and he showed up to my house to test for mold and sure enough my kitchen was loaded with it. He was very quick to respond to my calls and recommended another great company to help me mitigate the mold. When I called him back to retest after the demo and mitigation was completed he showed up promptly and got results back quick. I hope I never have to call him back but if a new problem arises he’s definitely the first one I’ll be calling back.
