Highly recommend. The people at STS are excellent communicators and very professional. Paul, Neil, and the team were engaging, quick to respond to questions, and very transparent in with schedule and budget. They showed-up on time and did their work in a respectful manner. They have many trades in house and can accomplish almost anything. At our house they did an extremely complicated basement remodel--new foundation, infrastructure, systems, and finishes. Incredible work.

We are very happy with the work done by STS Construction. Justin and crew are fantastic. Due to a leak, we had to have new flooring, drywall and paint. Justin's crew is the best. Shout out to Bryan (aka Dr. Drywall), Fransico, and everyone else who worked on our condo unit. You all do a great job.

I am overwhelmed with joy looking at what STS has done for our home. They have worked on many projects for us, but we just got done with a kitchen remodel that went better than any one could have asked for. The entire team at STS from the estimator, to the project manager, to the tile guy, to the carpenters, to the plumbers and electricians and everyone in between is professional and more importantly personable. This team was at my house almost every day for 4 months and I just couldn't be happier with their work ethic and the final result. We recently bought a condominium in a high rise. We needed some changes to the layout and a total repaint of the place prior to moving in. Our schedule was very aggressive as we wanted the move to happen over a short time frame. Our realtor recommended STS for the work. Our experience with them was excellent. WE have had STS help with several projects, including repair and replacement of rotted windows, repair of rotted decking on the front porch and a complete re-model of our pathetic, rat-ridden, junk-filled garden shed. They were helpful, responsive, reliable, and did excellent work for a reasonable price.

When we took possession of our home in Seattle, we realized that the sellers had done us a "favor" by painting swatches around the holes where pictures had been hung - in a different color. It looked like our walls had measles. Every. Single. Wall. And our furniture was expected to arrive on Monday. Clint came to give us an estimate on Friday, helped us choose a paint color, and had a crew on site at 6:45 am on Saturday. Their preparation was painstaking and meticulous and, although they worked quickly, they cut no corners. They were able to finish the entire house in about ten hours - just in time for the furniture to arrive. They were also very accommodating about our two traumatized cats who were still recovering from their first plane ride, We cannot recommend them more highly. Thanks, guys.
