As a CRMP grant customer I felt constantly assured that they had my interests at heart and were making sure that I was completing the appropriate steps. BDtBA was prompt, communicative, professional. They documented every step for me, I always knew what to expect. They were clean and protected my floor when they were here. When the city inspector looked at their work he commented that they did a really good job - that they bolted in more places that he was expecting. The Company completed necessary paperwork for a FEMA grant for Earthquake Brace and Bolt. The let me know step by step what I needed to do. Their workers were polite and carefully cleaned up after installation. Office staff and workers were incredible.
