Trent Kendrick and his associate came to my home and explained the process fully and completed the job perfectly. Extremely punctual and knowledgeable about the product and expectations. Very happy with the work!

Yasser, Keith, and Mauricio from JES were extremely professional and nice. The work they did looks to be what they promised. They even took me on a "tour" under the house. As of now, I am pleased. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

Really high quality workmanship. Three teams led by Augustin, Luis, and Greg descended on my house and knocked out a ton of work (pilings, under-house supports, foam) in a day. Very communicative, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Engineer was available via text the whole time. We shall see how this holds up - will check in a year or so - but it was a good experience.

The technicians that performed my service, Greg and John P. had a customer service level like you don’t see anymore. JES is lucky to have these gentlemen working for them. After the job was done, they walked me through everything they did and made sure I was pleased with the work they performed. Cannot say enough good things about these Two technicians. I have no doubt other customers feel the same as I do. Job well done!

I have nothing but great things to say about David Hill, Jeremy Highter and Benard Milling. I had a full encapsulation with dehumidifier and it was completed as promised on schedule on time, and completed on October 31st 2025. I would highly recommend them. They delivered what was promised. Any obstacles that we encountered, they took care of. They work hard, quickly, no swearing, and couldn't be more polite. David Hill the foreman, explained everything in great detail. He is an awesome team leader. I would highly recommend this team and this company. I would definitely recommend this company for any other foundation work that I would need. Will, the sales man that initially came out was extremely knowledgeable. All around great company and excellent employees.

Just had our crawl space repaired and the team did a fantastic job! Professionalism abounds throughout the team, starting with Jeff Garber and team lead (I assume) Matthew McNally. There was no mess left over (and I apologize for any dead rat bodies that were found. They're all gone now and hopefully none were alive). Again, professionalism from each and every individual who had set foot on the property. Bravo Zulu JES Team!
