B2 Perfection Auto Body

I was dreading contacting body shops, as my last experience with a different shop (sent there by the dealer for a warranty issue) was ok but not great. On a Friday night, I got a soft dent that I wanted to fix out of pocket. Was first pleasantly surprised that B2 Perfection was open on a Saturday... in all honesty, I only contacted them because they were open and I knew I wanted a few estimates. I called and talked to Victor, who was very pleasant and welcoming; he told us to stop by any time for an estimate. When we got there, he was helping another customer, and a third came in while we were waiting. Victor had us sign in on a tablet, and after looking at the damage, talked to us about options. We asked if he could print them for us with a breakdown of the work, and he prepared several estimates on the spot. After thinking about the options over the weekend, we were leaning towards B2 Perfection, just because of Victor and the impression he gave. We still did our due diligence in contacting a couple other body shops with stellar reviews (I had initially thought we were going to go with one of them), but their representatives turned out to be underwhelming and their estimates came in higher. It just solidified our decision to go with B2 Perfection, and I called Victor to schedule an appointment. He got us in the same week, and told us it would take a few hours. We've been used to having to drop off our vehicles for service first thing in the morning and have them there all day... maybe body shops are different (or just B2 is), but Victor was very accommodating with scheduling a drop off time. Additionally, to my pleasant surprise, I received a call from him in less than 3 hours from drop-off that my vehicle was ready! We also really appreciated that at the time of the estimate, Victor thoroughly explained everything and reassured us that the bumper was structurally sound. He also didn't try to pressure us into a higher option. I've included before & after pics; since our vehicle is older and far from pristine, we opted for the most cost effective option. I'm confident B2 Perfection could have made it perfect if we would have gone with another option, but we are very happy with the result for this particular vehicle. From start to finish, Victor made the whole experience very easy, pleasant and stress-free. Valerie at the front is also very nice, both on the phone and in person. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at B2 Perfection. We're so happy we went with them, and I can't believe this daunting issue that I was dreading taking care of is over and done with in less than a week from the incident!

I had an outstanding experience with B2 Perfection. Somebody hit my Tesla and it had alignment issues, paint damage, and a deep crack. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to EJ (the manager) and Marco, who were both very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Marco worked on my 2025 Tesla Model 3 and did an incredible job. The repair work was flawless—my car looked as good as new when I picked it up. I was especially impressed by the extra touches: a complimentary car wash and a full interior and exterior cleaning. It was a thoughtful surprise and a clear reflection of their attention to detail. I highly recommend B2 Perfection.

It’s never a good day when you have to visit a body shop because your car has been damaged, but B2 Perfection Auto Body made the whole experience so much easier. From the start, everyone was incredibly kind and professional. They took photos, handled all the paperwork for me, and even found a small damage I hadn’t noticed. They listened to me and answered all my questions. The repair work was flawless—my car looked brand new when I picked it up. What really impressed me were the extra things they did: they cleaned my car inside and out and even charged it for me. When I saw how spotless and perfectly repaired it was, I almost didn’t recognize that it was my car. I’ve attached pictures showing the repairs. The bumper and lifter were both damaged, but they were fixed perfectly. When I dropped off my car, it was dirty inside and outside. It was dusty inside with dirt on the mats—but when I got it back, everything was sparkling clean. I’m extremely happy with the service and want to give a special thanks to Jimmy for taking such great care of everything. I highly recommend B2 Perfection Auto Body!

B2 Perfection did amazing work replacing and paint matching my front bumper! The paint on the bumper is a PERFECT match to the rest of the car. Benito is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and communicative, sending out regular updates on the status of the job. B2 will be where I go for future body work!

Benito was assigned as my service agent and he and the mechanics did an awesome job. My car looks fantastic! Benito worked hard to iron out insurance issues and help me understand how to move forward. I’m extremely satisfied as initially insurance wanted to proceed as a total loss claim. Mostly because it’s an older vehicle. It was a rear ending and we were not hit hard. Damage was all to the rear and one side panel. Car integrity was solid. Thanks for your time and patience Benito. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I’m so happy to have my car back!!!
