Phil and his team did more than I expected. First, Phil is one of those guys that you know is honest. He did not hide any extra cost, I knew what every item cost as well as what to expect. Then Todd who headed up the his installation team was diligent and a very hard worker. He let me know what they were going to do next so I was always in the loop. I would highly recommend Phil and his team to any of my friends.

I urgently needed an inspection and evaluation of my foundation. Phil was able to fit me in the same week I called. After the inspection he took the time to talk to me about all the different aspects that affect the integrity of the foundation and crawl space. I really appreciate the suggestions on what the property was lacking and what was currently wrong with the foundation, definitely knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. I always do my best to support small, family owned businesses first for the best service

So many good things to say about Phil! Would highly recommend him for both quality service and integrity. He was very responsive to my inquiry concerning a review of potential foundation issues on my property under contract. He went over each issue with me in detail, including exactly the way it needed to be fixed. He ensured everything was handled in the best way for me at the least amount of cost. From A-Z he was awesome, highly recommend!

If you're a Real Estate professional, I'd definitely advise you to avoid this company (All American Traditions Foundation) at all cost! Phillip scheduled an inspection quickly and took my clients $150, but after that crickets. Took him about 10 days to even give us the report. No joke,10 days! We were in escrow needing a small amount of repair, and counted on them to complete it. (What a mistake that was.) Phillip told us next week several times, but next week would come and all we'd get were his excuses. My clients got frustrated and decided to cancel. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend Phillip/All American Traditions Foundation , not a chance worth taking! Learn from my mistake, it cost me thousands!

Phil and his crew came to my house to repair various foundation cracks. They were very professional and did an awesome job. Highly recommend!!

We are contractors an use the services of All American Traditions Foundation.Phillip help us to discover and solve the problems on already 4 houses we flipped.We appreciate his quick answer when needed.He makes him always available. He his efficient ,find the right solution and reasonable price. I warmly recommend his services.

I wanted to get some work done on the foundation of a house I have in Upland. Literally about 5 to ten minutes away from All American Traditions Foundation., so I thought this would be the perfect company to hire. Unfortunately, I couldn't even get Phil to commit to give me a quote for the work that needed at the house. Three different times he told me to text him to set up an appointment One time he told me to call him after the house was treated for termites and another time he told me to text him during the weekend. When I text him on a Monday he told me to text him on Wednesday. When I text him on Wednesday, He told me that he could come to the house on Tuesday (which is today). I immediately text back and and answered some questions but he never gave me a time frame. I thought ...ok.. he is busy and he will text me later. I text Phil over this past weekend to confirm for Tuesday and asked again for a time frame...crickets. I even texted him on Tuesday with no response. I can understand that a person can be busy, but have the common courtesy and professionalism to let a potential customer know that you are busy and that you will be in contact at a later date when not so busy.
