Sam and his crew did a great job for us. We had to pour a small foundation for a kitchen addition and they were able to cut the existing patio, excavate, build forms, pass inspection and pour all in 3 days! It was a little tricky since we were required to go down 7-8 feet to meet the existing basement foundation and then step up to the normal 18" below grade at the far wall. Great communication! Great job for a fair price.
Samuel and his crew were amazing! We needed steps to replace the treacherous, eroding dirt along the side of our house. He looked at it, gave us a price and did the job quickly and very professionally. When we need concrete work in the future we will definitely have him back. We can’t recommend him enough!

The owner of SMV Concrete, Sam, was very personable and truly listened to what we wanted. He and his crew were able to get a huge pour done within one day and finished the job in a few more. They did a beautiful job on our driveway with an added extension and backyard patio with steps. They were also able to complete a very difficult pour on a retaining wall for us. They always showed up on time and we were very impressed that Sam worked right alongside his crew of men. That is rare to see, from our experience hiring for various home projects. We highly recommend SMV Concrete!
Samuel and his crew did an amazing excellent job of pouring the concrete foundation for my greenhouse. He was responsive with great communication. It wasn’t a big job, which many contractors don’t want to take on, but they did great work. I’d hire them again without reservation in the future!
Sam and SMV Concrete were so easy to work with! They gave us a quote a few months ago and waited with us through the lengthy HOA approval process. Once our plan was approved Sam fit us right into his schedule and completed our project in one day! Everyone on his crew was professional, kind, and did a great job. Would highly recommend SMV
