The service I received from ServiceMaster was excellent. The two gentlemen that came out were extremely kind,courteous, and friendly. I was very impressed with the quality of work that they provided. The guys were definitely dependable. They came out right when I needed them,these are the type of services that have to absolutely be reliable. The employees that I dealt with on the unfortunate circumstance that I faced made things right. Management did a stellar job hiring these two individuals. I am extremely happy about the work they performed. The customer service was excellent.

Nellie and her crew did an awesome job. They were able to walk me through everything. I’m glad they were here to walk me through every step. They answered all my questions. Nellie, Lisa, Jacob and Gilbert worked super hard to meet their deadlines and they did such a great job taking care of my items. Jacob the manager was very helpful at explaining the next few steps.

These guys helped my family over the course of a few short weeks during the hardest times of our lives. No one ever expects their house to go up in flames, but after working with insurances and choosing Servicemaster, they were really on top of things and there for us. One of the sales guys, Justin, was there to walk me through everything step by step and my family feel safe. The staff amongst his team were very helpful and quick and efficient. I’ll always use these guys if I have any issues with my home.

Justin and his team came to my grandmas apartment and helped reassure that everything was going to be okay when we had an accidental fire in the kitchen. They were very professional and easy to talk with. I highly recommend working with this team.

The staff that worked on processing all of the contents of our house did an awesome job. Nellie was one of the lead staff that guided this smooth process. My wife and I are very please with the work that they performed.

Service Master by Beneveto did the smoke remediation services on our home after the Eaton Fire. The remediation team that came to our house was led by Maria Martinez, who did an amazing job managing her team during the 4 days that they worked on the house. Her team members Angela Estrada, Diana Martinez, Arnold Morales, and Jonita Galvez all did such an exceptional job! They were very polite, were very respectful of our home, and very professional! They worked so very hard and made sure we were satisfied and happy with their services every step of the way. Guy Fawkes, who was our service manager did a fantastic job handling our work order despite of all the changes we had to do due to nuances from our insurance company. He was very patient and professional in answering each of our concerns and requests. All in all, we had an exceptional experience from this company. They truly deserve a 5-star rating! Would definitely recommend 100%! We are so grateful for your hard work in restoring our home! Thank you so much!
