CenTex Foundation Repair

I was very pleased with the folks at Centex. The crew showed up in a timely manner and performed all work necessary for my house. Each day they left with all leveling holes secure and safe. The men were respectful and accompanied any request I made. Upon completion the crew carefully cleaned up all spoils around the house in a neat manner. My project manager Emanuel was well informed and answered any questions or concerns I had.

They did a real good job as I hoped would be done. Nick was up front and honest about all the work that needed to be done. The crew came in and worked hard every day, and finished up the 26 concrete piers in the time frame stated in the contract. It was nice having the electronic version of paperwork. Thinking of having them do my pool. I would give them a high recommendation if you’re thinking of having foundation repair done.

Scheduled an evaluation appointment with CENTEX to look at several issues with a home built by my grandfather and dad back in the early sixties. Due to obligations elsewhere I was unable to meet with the evaluator on the scheduled day. I called at the time of the appointment to speak directly with the evaluator during his site visit. Austin the CENTEX representative was happy to speak with me and answered all my questions. CENTEX and Austin could have sold their services to me as I had already had another company come out and said that I needed a mulit-thousand dollar repair. In the end Austin explained in detail what my issues actually were (that lined up with my professional opinion) and said that I did not need to have the entire foundation repaired. I had some wind damage and minor subsidence that was within tolerances for that age structure. All without knowing or meeting me other than that phone call. It is refreshing to do business with a company that puts their integrity and the customer first! Well done CENTEX and Austin! You have earned my future business and referrals should you need one.

I was very concerned about my home' s foundation being in need of leveling. So I called CenTex to schedule an appointment. Mr. Pratt came out and took a very good look at all the different rooms, and the outside of the house. It turns out that everything is ok, and I do not need to get the foundation fixed after all. I had a foundation leak which was a major issue. I had to get a foundation repair due to the leak and a tunnel dug out underneath the house for the plumbing repair. Their professional team got the repair and tunnel done while minimizing my stress. They had easy financing options and kept in touch with the plumbers which allowed me to be less involved saving me time. So it took me awhile to find someone to come out and get a quote on how much it would it be to level our home. Heard Centex foundation repair advertising and I emailed right away to schedule a appt. I completely forgot who I spoke to but she was very pleasant to talk to and made the call very easy. Now skip all the way to when we had the estimator at the house he informed us that the house was only off by maybe 1/2' and advised us that we could still hold off any repairs for now. Made my husband feel good and at ease. Highly recommended and great folks

Very impressed with the experience. They responded to online message within few hours, had the issue evaluated within the week. They reassured me that the crack I have is quite normal, explained all about rebar and construction processes. I’m grateful for honest professionals like this.
