Giovanni is very persuasive in his approach that he does quality work and will stand behind it. After a few months the stairs began to crumble and fall off of the surface. He admitted that the process was done incorrectly upfront, and it was an easy remedy for him to come and repair since then I have not heard from him or anyone from his company and have left multiple messages. text messages and emails. 2 years ago I had Gio and his crew install a floor drain in my auto repair shop. He did phenomenal work was on time and the price was right in my budget. The work has held up great. I would definitely recommend!!!

SNOW Removal -- Big Papa's did an amazing job after the last snowstorm (12+ inches). The driveway had not been properly cleared but driven on. It was a mess. In addition, the driveway is long and narrow and has a gate that was stuck in place in the snow. A normal 'snowplow' driver would not have been able to handle this driveway. They came in with a skid steer and did an incredible job. They came on short notice and the quality was very good. Super happy I found them! Especially today because of the rain and melt. Afraid everything from the driveway would have ended up in the basement.

Big papas was awesome to work with. Gave us another option of resurfacing stoops instead of complete demolition. There was a delay on the project as they did have their main truck go down but Giovanni kept us informed the whole time and went above and beyond to make it right. Will definitely use Big papas again for future projects and highly recommend their services.

I had a concrete parking space created to park 2 vehicles. Turned out great so cars don’t need to be parked on street at night. Basement floors and drainage system was a bigger win. Didn’t realize how much water was building up I didn’t know about in certain basement walls. Tile system saved ugly damage that could have occurred out of nowhere. Very happy with work done.
