The Obialero's are awesome! I loved working with them from start to finish. They are a three generation family operation and I was so impressed with the heart and hard work they put into the foundation of our home. Best foundation builder in Denver. I am a general contractor and they do all my foundation work. I know several other high end contractors who also use them exclusively. They are usually booked out for a couple months but well worth the wait! Also a great source for supplies as well as form rentals. Bring your plans in and they will sell or rent you EVERYTHING you need!

I called John to get an estimate to extend a patio around the side of the house. He said he did not have the bandwidth to come out to estimate so he provides them via phone, so he had me send him all the measurements. Got a bid which I agreed to. He stated it would be a few weeks out and he would call. I waited two months at which point his crew arrived and they said it was more complex than planned and they would send a person to re-estimate the job the following week. Never heard back. I left 2 messages with no response, and upon 3rd call I caught John who said his guys didn't want to do the job. Nice guy, I'm sure he can do good work, and I have no issue if he doesn't want the job, or change the estimate, but would have appreciated the professionalism of a phone call, especially after I wasted 10 weeks in the process. Unfortunately, this is increasingly the new norm.
