I was so happy with the work that was done on my house. I closed on this house in July and knew I had a few problems but as the summer got dryer the cracks got worse. GNR Foundations was recommended to me through family I got my estimate the day after I called and was very pleased. Frando and his crew were the best very kind and knowledgeable as I watched the progress I was worried when I saw the amount of dirt they were digging out but wow they even took out some bushes and hauled them off. I can't say enough nice things about their work. Fast,friendly and hard working. If you need foundation work this is the company to call.

After getting quotes from other foundation companies, GNR was the best price and they delivered! They worked with us on financing, and the crew they sent did an excellent job! Not only did they fix our foundation, they also fixed any mortar that needed fixing after their work. They cleaned and power washed the mud and cement splatter from when they had to cut the concrete. I'm going to be recommending this company to everyone! If you need foundation work done go with GNR!

I called GNR out for an estimate on a house we have lived in for about 2 years. Ivan came out on time and was fair and reasonable. He informed me that our house has minor issues and that I should just keep an eye on it, which was great news. He also told me to call back if I needed anything. I'm glad that he was honest and didn't just try to sell us repairs we didn't need or anything like that. I will definitely be going here for my foundation needs in the future! They do great, honest work!

Ivan came out and gave us a free estimate and was very professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us a very reasonable quote. Then when the workers came to do the leveling they were very friendly and went right to work. They are very professional, do very efficient work and clean up before they leave. We are very pleased with the job they did and recommend them to anyone needing their service. Great service by a great company.

Crew arrived early. Worked quickly to fix problem. When they were finished the area looked better than when they began. They did an outstanding job. They were quick, business like, thorough, and cleaned up the area perfectly. I would definitely use they again and would recommend them to anyone.

They did amazing work for my parent's home!!! They did a great job communicating every step of the way, so we were never left guessing about the timeline of the project or where we were in the process. GNR even did more than just foundation which saved us the hassle of dealing with another contractor. We had some additional services that we needed done and it turned out GNR was able to handle them while they were already there working on the foundation. I cannot recommend them enough. I actually called two other companies first and with each one I was sent to an automated system which ended up sending me to a voicemail of another company. Blessing in disguise, I guess. GNR answered the phone immediately and we got to deal with the same group of people the entire project!
