We recently used Schaefer Inspections for a house we are purchasing in Stratford, and they were amazing! Getting a quote and setting up the inspection was extremely easy and informative. We had Eoin as our inspector, and he took his time checking every detail of the house and explaining to us what he was looking at and any issues. I just used Schaefer Inspection Services to inspect a home I am purchasing in Westport CT. I called, got a price quote, set up a time that was convenient for me. They sent me a service contract that explained the work they would be doing. Listed optional testing if needed or wanted. I paid before the inspection. The inspector showed up at the appointment time and got right to work. He was friendly and efficient. I had most of my results the next day and optional ones I ordered the promptly after. I have a complete report with photos at my disposal. I would definitely recommend them.
