Frank’s Appliance

Just delivered and installed our new oven microwave combo. We are really happy with the sales service. We have been buying appliances for Franks for years. They have always taken great care of us. They have great deals in the scratch and dent warehouse. And in the showroom. The Kitchen Aid Refrigerator and Oven microwave combo are our latest purchases.

Recently visited because I needed a new microwave. We have purchased a few appliances here. Carol did not help, she talked tried to talk me out of going through them because it was going to cost me $300 dollars to have the trim cut. It didn’t matter since I needed it. She advised me to go home and see if I can find it elsewhere. Not a good salesperson in my opinion.

Checked out their outlet warehouse for a fridge and it had a nice variety of items. Some with blemishes but still good prices for new items. Friendly, helpful staff.

Really bad experience it’s been a month and they have not fixed my washer they came once a week and can not fix my washer they ordered parts for the washer and said it is something else and it is a brand new washer 2 months old and they have been able to fix it horribly experience never go to franks appliances

I will definitely use the store for any of my appliance issues. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices were comparable to big box stores.

This place works hard not to make a sale. Terrible customer service.

Great experience here! They gave me advice over the phone about my old fridge saying it was most likely a compressor which is $1000 fix. Said I could have them come out for the service fee if I still wanted them too. I talked to a few more people I know who agreed that Frank's was probably right. I decided to get a new fridge and went to a few places to look. Frank's had the best prices with their full warranty scratch and dent inventory. Lots of selections. They were knowledgeable and not pushy. Got a great price. The delivery guys were SO careful bringing it and were really nice. Thanks Frank's!
