The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. My HVAC system is working better than ever They were honest, respectful, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. Nicolas (the owner) was responsive and professional from the minute I reached out through completion of the job. I needed a completely new AC unit and he speedily sent over a quote, explained the process, and got the paperwork started right away. Installed the unit within days of me reaching out. The company handled all the permits and insurance paperwork with my building. It couldn’t have been a smoother process. Phenomenal job done by Nick and his team. My ancient unit was on its last legs, got a great quote from Frascona. They were at my house with a new unit 2 days later, ran all new lines, installed new inside and outside units and were done by early afternoon. I obviously hope I won’t have to call again with any ac issues, but if I do with my next house I know who to call. Thanks Nick.
