I reached out to Jacob with Fraser Roofing and he came out the same day I called. He not only evaluated the leak, but also tarped my roof at no charge. Instead of focusing on just the one problem area, he took the initiative to perform a full inspection of the entire roof. To our surprise, he found two separate spots where branches had punctured the shingles. Jacob immediately sealed both areas on the spot, provided detailed photos of everything he did, and had the repairs fully completed the very next morning. From the fast response on the phone to showing up in less than 24 hours, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and honest. Within a day of contacting him, my roof was completely fixed. What a wonderful experience! We didn't think we needed a new roof, but we had a leak and no one could figure out where it was coming from. Nico was excellent and was a part of the whole process (not just the sales part). We never had a problem that wasn't addressed and the price was much more affordable than we expected. A tree fell through my roof. 4 companies ran away from the job. Anthony and his crew came by and took care of the repair in one day. I’m very pleased with the work that was done. Will definitely recommend to family and friends….Also Jeff K is cool too.

Joseph was so wonderful to work with and the whole experience was smooth. The team walked us through everything and communicated with us the whole process. The job was done in 1 day and they cleaned up the job site to where you wouldn’t have known anyone was there. I pulled up home from work and absolutely loved our new roof.
