The team of David, Yobe and Josh were incredibly professional and efficient, and were very respectful in my home. From the initial consultation through assisting me with my options, the office staff clearly explained the process & helped me understand what would be the best choice for my family. Once we figured out which unit we were going with, installation moved quickly and we finally had some relief from the heat that same day. They have also very responsive in coming out to repair our 23 year old units prior to our new one being installed. I highly recommend Gainesville Mechanical to anyone for their HVAC needs. This is a great company and I have used them for several years now on my HVAC and they go over and beyond what you need them to do. They are fantastic. You would love them too. I have also used them for my tankless water heaters and they have done a great job with that as well. I’m not only recommend them for repairs, but I use the maintenance agreement too on both HVAC & water heaters.

Worked with Gainesville Mechanical to replace a 20 year old AC unit that was starting to be less effective. They measured, listened to my feedback, and were able to get a new unit installed before I went on vacation and installed a smart thermostat I had previously purchased (the same ones they install as it turns out). The unit is quiet, powerful and much more energy efficient. I've used them for many other repairs so had no doubt about their services.

I was very impressed with the Ethan and Hunter at Gainesville Mechanical (Plumbing Portion of the Company) when they came out and had to replace my water heater. They were friendly, courteous and professional about their job. They answered all my questions and did not make me feel like I was wasting their time. They took their time on determining what needed to be done and they proceeded to do their job and they did it efficiently.
