Professional garage door company. Why - prompt service, knowledgeable sales technician that explained my options, no pressure just options for me to choose and addressed my questions. Installation was great. Travis, employed by Garage Door Medics completed my replacement garage door installation. Showed up on time, installation came out great. Explained how everything worked, took the time to make sure my wife and I understood. Outstanding! Great company to work with. Did my research and they offer top line gear. Employ their own installers. In the end: did everything they said they would do. Compare that to Home Depot. Add my job to their list of five star reviews.

I called these guys because my garage door was making an awkward noise. I’ve used them before to replace the springs and they did a great job. This time, I was serviced by Alfonso Lopez. After careful inspection, he recommended replacing the motor. Since the existing one was over 10 yrs old and we open our garage door about 10 times a day, I knew it was time. There was three things that stood out to me about Alfonso. He was professional, respectful, and hard working. It was easy to make my decision. He explained all my options and gave me his expert opinion. The installation process was flawless and done in a timely manner. I will continue to use Garage Door Medics for all my future needs. Highly recommended this company!

Pedro was very professional but also personable. He made sure to communicate what services he was performing, steps required, and parts being provided at the onset to make sure customer expectations matched what vendor committed to. Along the way Pedro answered any and all questions and gave a thorough explanation on maintenance at the end of installation of my new garage and garage door opener. He left the job site the way he found it, cleaning up after himself and making sure the new garage was cleaned of any grease prints, dirt, etc. My experience with Pedro exceeded my expectations and I will be asking for him in the future with my garage needs.

Pedro was amazing. He took down the old door and prepped the area for the new door when it came from the manufacturer. He did an amazing job putting it up, and was very careful to make it perfect! I’ve never had a bad experience with Garage Door Medics and Pedro is one of the big reasons why! Thank you, Pedro you are the best.

My garage door opener stopped working and I needed a replacement. I had an excellent experience with these guys. Great communication in what I should expect and when. They showed up on time, provided a quick, quality service for a very fair and reasonable price. Hunter was my technician and he was very helpful in reviewing the work with me, making sure that all was in working order, and providing helpful tips on my garage door. I will definitely use them again

Matt Gisbert from Garage Door Medics was absolutely brilliant! He diagnosed the problem immediately and was very professional and efficient! He completed the repairs in record time and the cost was very reasonable. This scary emergency had me stressed and now I would never call anyone else for my garage door needs. Hopefully we’ll see Matt for the annual maintenance check he recommended !

I’m renting a house in Crown Point and I have been for the last 30 years. Lucas came because my garage door would not open. Lucas works for Garage Door Medics. San Diego. The garage door I have at this house has probably been here since the neighborhood was built in the 1930s. Yeah it has huge metal coil springs. The garage door decided after all the rains, not to work at all opening or closing remotely. Lucas got my garage door open… Told me exactly what I needed…at the smallest amount of money and helped me figure out how I can use my garage door until I can speak with the best landlords in the universe …to get in and out. I highly recommend Lucas… As an older lady he explained things so that I could understand them and I could speak with my landlords and we could all come together and get the best outcome ever.
