I used Nabors for a garage motor replacement. I received multiple quotations and theirs was best. Great communication with Nate as we discussed which opener I should get. I self-purchased and he installed it quickly. It has MyQ tech so we can open it from our phones. A few weeks later, we had a strange issue with our opener on the wall not working, and he came back out to repair it for us (some existing/old wire in the ceiling lost power). Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company!

Nabors installed my garage door opener last year, I just started having an issues with one of the sensors. They were able to come out the next day and technician Matt B was able to fix it in no time. He was fast and friendly and I would recommend Nabors to anyone looking for any help with their garage doors!

Called for service on Thanksgiving to schedule for a repair for Friday. I asked if they had a Senior discount and I was told yes it was 5%. When the man came out he described the repair and cost which I considered high but I am stuck with a door we cannot operate. He completed the repair and he showed me the bill. I said what about the Senior discount he said I can put it in. Was I shocked as it was only $25.00 dollars on a $ 1300 repair (as it should have been around $65). NEVER again. What was crazy both my son-in-laws garage doors broke also, and as was going to tell them to call Nabors but after I was lied to about the Senior discount, they called another company for a little more than HALF my repair and they both have 18’ doors. It was pretty much the same repair as they both have internal spring bars that were broken!

Just be aware that their charges are way too high. They charged me $2000 to replace my double garage door springs, which shall be $800 to $1000 in fair market price. The technician also made an unprofessional suggestion to replace my other single garage door spring, which is like new and no need to be replaced. It costs me another $1100. I felt like being ripped off.

This morning I went to leave the house and my car got stuck in the garage after the spring system broke and wheel came off the track. Impossible to open it manually. Nabors came out within just a few hours and replaced/rebuilt the spring/track system quickly and efficiently. They didn't 'oversell' me on needing a new door or anything and did a great job getting it working again. Definitely recommend.

Nabors did a great job fixing our garage door today! Rocky out of Alpharetta arrived quickly to replace our broken spring and also took care of a couple general maintenance items so our garage door is working perfectly. Quick and friendly service and we'll definitely call Nabors again if needed!

Amazing, fast service! I called several other places (to do my due diligence) and everyone had a wait time. At first I was hoping to get a welder to fix the broken beam but he stated it would only be a temporary fix so I found Nabors on Google and they came right out that same day to look at the door and provide a quote. They offered a discount for paying the full amount upfront. Oh, and because I don't live in the area, I was able to conduct the whole transaction and process virtually/digitally. I really appreciate how they kept me and the renter updated on the entire process. They sent text alerts letting us know they were in route and even details on the technician. Last but not least, I was able to get the broken beam and garage door replaced correctly. Im beyond satisfied and absolutely recommend Nabors as your first choice.
