Customer Reviews
Mesa Garage Doors has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on over 3227 reviews on Google
Mesa Garage Doors was timely, responsive, and exceeded the set timelines they had for us. Installation was very easy and the quality is great. We almost went with Home Depot or Lowe’s, but Mesa‘s prices were even better and the door was ready sooner than if we would have ordered from either of those large companies. Would highly recommend
This outstanding company has made me believe that honesty, excellent service, quality products and installation excellence still exist. The sales presentation was professional, and installation was timely. Each time the company would check in with us to see if things were being done well. Our final garage door has added to the value of our home and distinguishes itself from the many run of the mill garage doors in our area. Thankful we chose Mesa!!!!
I was given very little notice about when the installation was happening (I was not notified until the afternoon before for an early morning time slot). The installation quality was not great. One interior panel did not fit and so they forced it into place so it bends outward. Doesn’t look great inside. Also they damaged the interior door frame area/paint and did not fix it. They also left two unpainted 2x4s on the exterior, which I was not told would be there. I have an HOA so this is now another problem I have to address.
Manny was a great representative of the company. He gave recommendations and listened to my request. My door has been in service for 26 years! I was surprised, however, that he had no way (except 20+ years of experience with garage doors) to determine the physical weight of my garage door. I understand this is a critical piece of informaton when adapting replacement aftermarket springs to achieve the requested cycle value. [It took me only 10 minutes "after" the service call to get the door weight (245 lbs.) information from the manufacterer. I have attempted twice since the install to get the product information. I was told first I would have the info the next day. I was told by the service manager that a tech would come to my home the next afternoon between noon and 4pm, but no one showed up. I do trust that there is rationale for the replacement parts selected, but I am concerned that service invoice does not include the names and styles (fitment) of products used (torsion spring sizes, replacement pull wire size, guide roller type) nor the itemized labor expense for this major repair. The receipt did included scope of work and total invoiced amount which was paid at time of service.
Had a great experience with Mesa. From sales to Victor our installation representative. Timeline was as promised and work on our home was great. Would recommend Mesa to anyone looking to upgrade their home garage door.
After paying over $10,000 for a wood garage door! And waiting 10 weeks for delivery. I ended up with a piece of crap. The wooden door started delaminating, separating and glue was degrading in less than 10 months. When advised of the situation, "Mesa garage doors,"dragged their feet for 30 days. After multiple phone calls and emails someone showed up to inspect the door. The first gentleman said clearly there was a defect with the door and the manufacturing of the door.....Within 15 minutes of the report to headquarters. Another gentleman showed up not looking at the defects, but looking for area. In which the door was allegedly not sealed or stained properly. Those areas were not affected by the defects in the door. After requesting more follow ups a Dan Gregory stated he would showed up to my house and looked at the door. I requested to meet with him to inspect the door in person together. It was only after several phone calls and emails. He allegedly showed up a week later without me being present. Mesa Garage Door just want your money !!!! Customer care and service is terrible. I recommend not buying anything from this company. Allen Mcclafferty
