Mario and Jose did an amazing job on our dock… They came out and access what the issue was, went and got the parts they needed, and got to work on it right away… I expected an all day job, but they got it done within an hour… I can’t thank them enough… Keep up the good work guys…

This all in all is a good company and I would recommend them. The only thing that was an issue was having someone call to schedule to come out and give us a quote, and then having them send the quote over afterwards. But believe me the only company quick about it is Vortex and they are overpriced! So if you're not in a big hurry, give R&S a chance.

I just want to say thank you very much for our new door, It looks amazing! I originally spoke with Imelda (office staff) and she was very professional and informative. Imelda had the contractor come to our shop the same day and provide us with a quote. Moises was very professional and slowed down to explain everything to us. The guys that installed our door were very friendly, super clean and obviously have allot of experience. Things started off great with initial responses from Gabriel to my online inquiry, but then dried up after Evan came by to take a look. I literally tried for months to get them to respond to my emails and every single time I was told something to the effect of, "sorry, we've been really busy but will get back to you in a day or two when we finish a big job." I would wait a couple of weeks and then follow back up with them. This happened over and over again. It wasn't a one-time occurrence and they still haven't responded to my last two follow-ups. This gives me great pause on what things would look like for after the sale service and warranty. Moving on...

We love working with R&S. They are very responsive and always do whatever they can to get the job done. Jose is very quick to get us same day service on emergency calls. We especially appreciate when Codi is the tech onsite - he is knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to be work with. Thank you Codi/R&S!
