Yearsley's Service LTD

Made appointment over 2 weeks in advance to have locks rekeyed and get estimate for keyless entry. The appt was made for the afternoon of the day we closed on our new condo, since we were off from work. We received a call at 1:28pm saying that the appt between 1p-3p could not be honored and would have to be rescheduled. After explaining that we would not be available until after 345 on weekdays I was put on hold. When the woman came back to the phone she was annoyed, but said the tech would be here by 3pm. Its now 3:30 no tech no call. We know it doesnt matter to these folks that we will take our business elsewhere, but theyre the ones who need to ne ashamed that they dont have the capacity to know how to provide adequate customer service. So much for wanting to support local businesses!!!

They were amazing at fixing an older front door lock that was original to my 1800's house, never tried to upsell me, took their and went above and beyond . Customer service was prompt and polite.

Yearsley’s installed an electric garage door opener and fixed some rollers giving us issue. A true customer service oriented local business - we will be using them again for any future needs!

We just experienced another impressive locksmith service visit from Yearsley yesterday. They came the same afternoon that we had called them to repair an interior front door handle that was no longer functioning. Their locksmith immediately Diagnosed and fixed the problem. This exemplary service has been typical of our experience with Yearsley over several decades. Suzanne Goodwin and I really appreciate have such a reassuring key resource in our neighborhood!

The gentleman in the back who cuts keys is fantastic. I have some very old filing cabinets with unusual keys that do not have blanks available anymore and every other locksmith I visited said I was out of luck. He was able to do a bit of freehand cutting to make keys that worked. I would 100% recommend Yearsley for locksmithing.

When they say they'll come, they come. Nick is an expert in his craft and cares about his work. Pricing was explained clearly and was fair. And awesome customer service and communication from Chris and his team in the office. Can't recommend highly enough.
