Garage Tec Automatic Gates & Garage Door Repair

Spent two days trying to get my garage door fixed and always had excuses why it couldn’t get done. Would leave to job and Not tell anybody he was leaving. Wanted to charge for parts that didn’t even repair the door refused to leave the premises when I asked him to leave. Not sure they are familiar with fixing garage doors. Put in a new track and it didn’t even line up And blamed it on the customer rollers, these are same rollers I purchased from Lowe’s

Had annual garage door serviced today. I called today, they answered quickly, scheduled me from 2 to 4 and Arthur called at 1:00 pm to ask if he could come early. Wow! Arrived at 1:30. He was professional and knowledgeable. Price seems competitive too. He explained everything that he did. Very thorough. Pleasant. He wore the company shirt too and that's helpful for me. Thank you, Arthur for a job well done.
