Aaron Overhead Doors Buckhead

We had Aaron Overhead Doors replace our original wooden garage doors with metal insulated doors this week. The installer did a fantastic job and he did it with great care. These doors are SO much quieter than my old doors and they really refresh the street appearance of our home.

I bought two very expensive phantom screens from this company. When I purchased them, I told them I had three animals that I wanted to make sure could not get through the screens. I was recommended screens that did not attach at the bottom and was told they had never had a problem. I now have two completely useless screens for 2K because all three of my pets instantly figured out how to push the screens up so they could get out. I was told ridiculous suggestions like putting blankets against them or building wooden frames to prevent them from getting out. I asked them to come out and help me figure this out (e.g. Supply me with a new pair of appropriate screens) and after calling numerous times, not once received a call back. I would not recommend this company if you hope to have any issues resolved. I feel they are unqualified to be selling these high end screens and that they simply don't care about customers.

Matt and Marco were great. I only had a couple minutes to explain the job before I had to leave for work to Matt. It was a big job to replace 40+ year old doors, however the handle it! New doors, wiring, and controls. Very excited. The whole team from Destin, Brie, Matt. and Marco did a great job!!!! We are happy to recommend you guys anytime! Thanks

I’m very happy I found Aaron Overhead. They are professional and highly reliable. They did both a big job (spring replacement) for me and then replaced our motor/system. When I’ve run into any problems, they have been available to swing by after one phone call. And to be honest, the "problems" I’ve had have all been rookie missteps by me that they graciously explain to me at no charge.
