These guys came out quickly and diagnosed several other parts likely to fail because they were beyond their expected life - springs, rollers, bearings, and pulleys. As they replaced parts, they discovered that the torsion bar was bent, so they put in a new one. Now the system is quiet and works like new. They got it done in just over 2 hours. Alan with Rainier Garage Door did an excellent job repairing my garage door systems. He addressed an electrical issue on one door. He replaced a non-functioning motor on the other. Alan replaced all of my very old and failing rollers. He replaced the bottom weatherseals on both doors. He made sure all bolts on my doors were tight. Alan’s work was excellent. He was a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with the result.

Alan did a great job when measuring and installing our new garage door. He installed the track, new door and trim pretty quietly. We have a baby in a room next to the garage and we didn’t hear any disturbing sound from the work. After the work, the door open and close smoothly. The trim seamlessly cover all the corners.
