OGD Overhead Garage Door

Love my new door. The color was not even close to what was ordered, but I was given a discount so I could have it painted. The gentleman who installed it was great, helpful and friendly. He deserves a raise!

Had a great Guy come and give us an estimate, then came Wednesday and installed our new garage door. The manners and how extremely nice this young man was. his name. Is Stephen highly recommend him and highly recommend this company, when my door was busted, They came out that same day to look at it and then came that following Wednesday to install which is today. Thank you for your great service.

Easy to setup an appointment that fit my schedule (they called after I sent a request online). Technician came out to inspect the broken chain of one of the garage doors. While inspecting he noticed the other door was in need of a new spring. He went over repair options/pricing for each repair, and explained each one’s importance thoroughly. Answering every question we had. Explained the included warranty. Decided on the repairs, and he got to work. 2 Hours later and both garage doors were operating like new! It’s been a week and I feel like the doors not only open quieter, but also respond more to the remote opener. Highly satisfied with working with OGD, and I’d definitely recommend them for any garage door repairs.

This is the second time I’ve needed garage door service, and OGD has been great both times. They came out the next day, and the technicians were friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. After the first visit, they left a sticker with their contact info, which made it easy to call again when another (unrelated) issue came up. Highly recommend their prompt and reliable service!

OGD was able to come to my home on the same day and it was a holiday. Our tech provided a thorough quote and completed the work on the same day. He came with all the necessary parts and tools ready to go.

Stephen arrived as promised and was very pleasant and helpful. He accomplished the repairs we requested quickly and efficiently. He explained the repairs and the warranties that came with his work. OGD was fairly expensive but certainly dispatched someone quickly when called.

Javerius was a very courteous and skilled tech. Told me what I need to get back up and running and then we discovered that OGD did not do the work so last had done (I obviously thought OGD it). He do not push me to buy from him, just politely explained they would be here if needed. The prices he offered to replace two door motors were very reasonably.
