Kaylen was great and very responsive. We were struggling to install the garage door opener ourselves due to some inplace supports being in the way. He showed up and got it all working within a few hours. The next day we had an issue arise when the door wouldn’t close and Kaylen came back and corrected the issue super quick! He also showed us how to check it in the future.
SGD was very friendly and quick to act. My garage door coil had broken and within 4 hours it was repaired. Simple, straight forward. They aren't the cheapest in town but in this instance cheapest doesn't mean best value. I'd use them again. Thanks Nick for your help!

Spring broke called superior garage door, the tech Arthur came out within the hour and assessed the issue and i agreed to replace both springs and end plates and cable drums. Highly recommend. A year or so ago I had them out to just look and advise. They were helpful, honest, not pushy at all. They didn't spam me with sales calls ever. Then this year I hear the spring popping, call them up and they have Matt out here same day on a weekend. Identifies the issue immediately, fixed it fast, back in working order. Pricing feels fair. I'll for sure stick with them for any future garage door business.
