I was rushing yesterday and did something carless which caused my garage door to come off its track. I called Price's, Nick answered and told me he would be to my home within 45 minutes. He was, he got the door back on track and made a few other adjustments required by my mistake. Within an hour of the "incident", my door was 100% fixed and I was able to laugh at myself rather than stress about having to get the problem fixed. I was so grateful for Nick's promptness and friendliness. P.S. This was the second time that Nick had been to my home. The first time he made an adjustment to the door's set up without charging me. Admittedly, it was a simple adjustment, but it was outside of the one-year warranty period and it was much appreciated.

We purchased a new home and the 3rd car garage and RV doors were damaged during the construction process. No fault of Price’s. Nick came out and did a Fantastic job replacing 3 panels and adjusting the doors. He was very detailed and fixed all of the issues. He walked me through everything he fixed and did a great job explaining everything to me. He cleaned up after the job was finished. He also programmed all of our garage door openers and the key pad. Connor came for a simple thing on our garage door that should have only taken a half hour and he ended up being here for 2 hours since he found addition problems with our door. He did additional maintenance and checking and now the door works better than ever. He was kind and didn't seem bothered by the extra time he spent here. I would recommend him to help anyone!

Nate came out to program a garage door opener. He also oiled my door and tightened the mechanism all without being asked. He was professional and personable. I would highly recommend this company! They are terrific and I appreciate the help!

We had some issues with a new garage door and needed help. Called Prices Guaranteed for assistance and a young man showed up. Nick was very professional and courteous explaining what he was doing while troubleshooting my door. I asked several questions being a DIY guy and he was patient answering me while doing his job. In the end, my door was professionally installed, looks way better than what I had and he was able to show me the setup on my phone too. I would really recommend him due to his professional demeanor, great work ethic and experience. He represents his company well.
