Spoke to Joe, he was finishing up his day at another job in Bridgeport not too far from me and decided he could swing by to help. 40 minutes after I made my initial call, Joe was finishing up the job and the repair made the door much better than it was previously. Extremely reasonable cost too. Thanks Joe for a great experience today!

Called Bens Garage Door Repair for emergency garage repair on Saturday evening to see if they could come out, even though they couldn't (way on the other side of the county) he explained how to close our garage door manually. And said to call back if we had any more questions or problems. That is a lot more than the other companies offered. He came out the next day to assess the damage and fix it to where we are able to use the door until the replacement parts come in. Ben is awesome. Thank you.

Ben is Awesome! My garage springs broke at midnight, called Bens Garage Door Repair and he was at my house within an hour. Fixed everything perfectly and quick! He even took the time to program my cars to activate my garage doors, I tried so many times to do it on my own but was not able to.
