Proactive Garage Door Repair

I called at approximately 8:45pm, Tony came out 9pm. The garage door was repaired within 30 minutes. He was personable and able to explain what needed to be done. He resolved my issues quickly and efficiently.

I was in a pinch due to my garage door breaking yesterday (Friday). I was scrambling to find somebody to help me fix it I thought about attempting on my own but realized it was a job bigger than I could handle. Proactive contacted me this morning after I sent a text last night. I had originally had somebody else scheduled to come here to replace both of my springs for a few hundred dollars but proactive quoted us substantial less and had a way better warranty. I obviously went with proactive and they did a wonderful job Ben showed up in a timely manner after sending me a text that he was on his way. A very nice gentleman proficient in his work, he was in and out within an hour. I recommend them any day of the week, within 24 hours my garage door is completely fixed and I'm ready to go.

The new garage door and opener were installed professionally and look great. Leon did a fantastic job. When the old door failed proactive door came and helped me get my cars out at 6 pm on July third. I figured I would be out of lunch for the entire holiday weekend. If your garage door breaks they’re the one to call.
