Nice family owned business. I was having a problem with my garage door opener and I called to make an appointment. The owner said he was four minutes away and could come out immediately. They knew immediately it was a battery problem and replaced both garage door batteries in a matter of minutes for a reasonable price. Nice father and son business…I highly recommend them!

Cave Creek Garage Repairs visited my home on two occasions. The first time the tension spring broke on my 16' wide door making it impossible to manually open the door. The 2 cars in the garage were now obviously stuck there. It was about 5:30pm, I looked online, found this company, read some of their reviews, and called them. To my surprise (due to the time), Von answered the phone, I explained the situation, and he offered to come over that evening. I, however, scheduled him for 8AM the next morning. That morning, my daughter was called into work at 11 and her car was stuck in the garage. Von removed the broken spring, got the door open, and she got her car out. He then replaced the spring with (2) springs, adjusted the door for balance, tension, and operability and all was good. Sometime after, the garage door opener started to make a loud clanking noise - I had a different company replace that motor, rail, and chain 3 years ago. This time I again called Cave Creek Garage Repairs, Horea answered and offered to come by later that day. I had appointments so we schedule him for the next day (today). He promptly arrived with 2 other technicians and quickly discovered the problem was inside the motor housing (which I had the other company replace). He couldn't do anything about this particular problem because the housing wasn't easily removable and he suggested I call the manufacturer, Genie. Since he was here, he adjusted the tension in the springs a bit and checked the door's operation. Regardless of the motor clanking noise not being due to anything they did, he did not charge me for this visit. Being in the construction industry, I have worked with a multitude of contractors and service businesses over the years and I highly recommend Cave Creek Garage Repairs. They offer prompt, professional, reliable service at a fair cost. A+++

We have a big door 18 ft x 8 ft and this thing fell off the track twisted and was completely mangled. Every company we called wanted thousands upon thousands of dollars these guys came out saved the old door replaced all of the mangled tracks, rollers, supports struts and at a fraction of the cost of what it would have cost to replace the door. Extremely happy that I made that phone call and you will be too!

The guys showed up within 5 Hours of us calling. Did a great job and were in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend these guys
