We had a 10/10 experience with Squared Away Garage Door Service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Eric took the time to answer our questions about door options, styles, insulated vs. non-insulated and installation logistics. Their team does not try to sell you a garage door for the sake of selling, they make sure you’re comfortable with your choices before proceeding. We especially appreciated their quality customer service from start to finish. We had an issue with the door after install and they came out the very next day to make the necessary adjustments. We highly recommend Squared Away Garage and we are so happy to have worked with them for ours.

Timely response...same day....on time....very friendly, professional repairmen. There was no attempt to pressure us into more than we needed. Jason is the co-owner of Squared Away Garage Door Seevices was very professional, honest and didn't try to sell me an overpriced garage door opener today. He was the 6th and last quote I got over two days from garage door service companies in the Austin area and the only one who I didn't feel was trying to use high pressure tactics, rip me off, and/or be condescending and/or sexist jerk. (I called five of the biggest garage door service companies in Austin with the most positive reviews on Yelp and Google before calling Squared Away.) Two garage door companies in Austin wouldn't even give me the make or model of the garage door opener unit, just a price. Jason answered all my questions, showed me a couple of models AND gave me the best price out of the 6 companies when I asked for a quote. I am a very happy and satisfied customer of Squared Away Garage Door Service and highly HIGHLY recommend this company!

Eric and Jason made it easy. Eric helped me out in a bind Sunday, and Jason did a great job the next day replacing my spring. Jason is a great guy, takes his time explaining the whole process, and gave me a lot of confidence in owning and maintaining my garage door system.
