The service person that worked on our job was Eli. He was one of the most pleasurable and professional service person that I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t emphasize enough what a pleasure he was to work with.

Eli from Sparks Garage Door Repair did an amazing job. He came yesterday and temporarily fixed our old opener so we could have use of our garage door. He patiently went over the opener options, set up an appointment to install the new opener today. He came this morning and installed an upgraded version for no extra cost, because the one we discussed would not be available until Friday. He said he did not want to make us wait. He also did a complete tune up and stabilized the tracks, and replaced the old wheels with better wheels to make the door more stable at a very fair price. I have never heard a garage door open and close so quietly. I highly recommend Eli and Sparks Garage Door Repair.

Eli was very prompt when assessing our garage door openers after the house was struck by lightning. He determined that sadly our current openers were toast and recommended replacement.
