I had an amazing experience thanks to Omar’s outstanding customer service! He was incredibly professional, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process. Not only did he quickly identify the issue with my garage door, but he also explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what needed to be done. Fast, reliable service. I got my door installed over a year ago and my 17yo son dropped the trash can on the wires and split it (pic 1). I called and was able to get it fixed the next day (pic 2). Hash was on time, professional & friendly. I would recommend.

Omar came at pretty short notice and quickly and efficiently resolved the problem….i had a broken torsion spring. A different ir had replaced it a few years ago and the same one broke. Omar looked and could see they’d only replaced one spring and then the wrong size! He quickly resolved the issue and was in and out in under an hour. He also explained why I couldn’t just replace one spring and why I needed to replace both….sure it was more expensive but I felt understood why both needed replacing and so I paid for both and scored a length my warranty too which made me feel happier too! Overall I’d recommend and think the service was quick, competitively priced and there was clear communication which was important too!

Omar came to repair our garage door today. We had a broken tension spring. He was on time and able to fix our garage door very quickly! Omar explained all of our options but was not pushy at all! He was super friendly and polite throughout the whole process. We will definitely contact the company again if we need assistance in the future!

Omar worked miracles fixing my garage door. It was a complete mess! Bent, off the tracks, hardware missing, spring and cables unraveled. Omar Had it fixed quickly for a great price. It works better now than it ever had. Omar is Fast, clean, knowledgeable, polite, professional and a fair, honest businessman. Will use again, Highly recommended.

Yesterday I did something dumb, I closed my garage door on my Jeep tire. Door came off both tracks and was skewed heavily, at least one roller popped off. I called a couple repair places, some didn’t answer, and one asked me to pick out a new garage door before even looking at my problem in person. Fast Local answered right away and had someone (Omar) out the very next day. Omar had everything repaired and aligned within 1.5 hours. Omar was also clear I did not need a whole new door. He also recommended a couple ways I could improve my door, which were optional, but sounded like they should be done, but he was clear those were options, not required. Omar was upfront with the pricing before beginning the work. He was also sure to make sure the garage door worked before recommending the upgrades.
