Sam's Door Shop

The worst business I have ever used. They are fraudsters. They were to replace my front door glass. They put the glass back into my door w this ugly plastic frame that didn’t even match my oak door. When we called to ask them to put my old frame back around the glass they said NO we won’t do that. You’re stuck with it. He was rude and condescending. I’m 72 years old and I hope this review stops people from using this business they are horrible.

Work with Cody, who was very knowledgeable, and helpful. He asked the right questions, and took care of my requirements at a very fair price.

Don’t go thinking you are going to buy a door. There is no showroom, shoot it’s even hard to figure out where to enter. No one was around so we walked down the hall following voices. The guy pulled out a catalog (I could do that online), said they don’t install. He suggested to pick out a door, bring yours in and they would use it as the pattern. We suggested that could be a bit of a security issue. I asked why we would shop there vs. Lowes and he couldn’t answer my question. Hmmmm…. Not real sure what kind of door store they are. Maybe not for the commoner.

Had an old interior door that was on a shed outside. It was falling apart so I brought it to Sam’s. They matched it to an exterior door and when I installed it fit perfectly. Thanks Sam’s!!

Terrible customer service. We were ready to order a custom French door but staff had an attitude and were rude. Too bad, take your business and money elsewhere.

stop ur search, the best place to get ur doors fixed or to get a new one!! base or caseing as well wit a wide range of styles to choose from...u can also check out the shop n see where tha process begins..
