Our garage door sounded like it was haunted—some serious screeching and it kept getting stuck. I called Chino Bros, and John got a tech out ASAP (not even kidding, it was fast). The guy knew his stuff, fixed the alignment, and now the garage opens quietly, like it’s brand new. The tech was cool, didn’t mansplain anything, which is rare. Only gripe? Wish they were open on weekends for folks who actually work 9-to-5. Still, their repair game is strong. Would call again in a heartbeat.
