They came and installed the door smoothly. It had a couple issues after a year post install with an error and a squeak. The technician who came out was awesome and really cared and explained things to me and fixed the issues. Its been working great ever since. Easy to get in touch with on the phone and schedule service.

I highly recommend Door Pro America. I purchased a LiftMaster garage door opener with Costco Installation services and am very pleased with the service, the product and the price. The salesman arrived exactly as scheduled, was very helpful in deciding which model works best for me, and promptly started the process for installation. Likewise, the installer arrived within the window of time given and did a great job installing and setting up the new opener, which is markedly quieter than the older model, two remote openers, and a keypad opener. Also, Door Pro services their product if needed. Last, because I purchased this through Costco I received a digital gift card in the amount of $107.

We purchased our garage door through Door Pro through Costco and have been very happy with the door however it was improperly connected to our opener when it was installed. The opener connection to the door eventually broke a piece off the door. We contacted them about the issue and the customer service rep made sure that a tech came out to fix it properly under warranty. The tech was great and immediately knew how to repair it permanently. The work was done quickly. While I was disappointed with the error in the initial installation, the company made sure to make it right.

Door Pro America did a fantastic job of installing my new garage door that I had purchased through Costco. Their installer arrived on time, was pleasant and did a great job of installation. He cleaned up any mess that he had made and hauled off the old doors and parts. Highly recommend!

Door Pro America installed a LiftMaster 98022 Wall Mount Opener for my two garage doors, arriving on time and completing the installation efficiently. I had to use two 10-foot heavy-duty extension cords to reach the overhead outlets, as no nearby outlets were available—a detail to address in future installations. The openers work excellently and are remarkably quiet. The overhead lights were initially placed above the garage door wall, but the outlet was in the center of the ceiling. I wish they had clarified that the lights were wireless and only needed to be plugged into an outlet. I climbed a ladder to relocate them to the ceiling center, which improved lighting significantly. I'm not thrilled with the MyQ app; it notifies me of door status and allows remote operation but lacks the ability to disable the door during specific times.

Door Pro installed my door about 1year and 6 months ago. Opened and closed the door one day and the cables came off the rollers. Door Pro came out to fix it and determined that the cable tension sensor wasn't installed 100 percent probably, so they fixed the problem under warranty. It has been a great door from the beginning and would recommend them.

Door Pro America installed my garage door through Costco a couple years ago. The installer didn’t cut the garage door sill to the correct length as seen in photo below, about 9inches short of the full length. I had a house inspector point this out to me I thought for sure being that I purchased through Costco the company would take care of this minor issue. I called Door Pro and I was blamed for not calling about this issues within the one year warranty and they would not replace it free and I would need to pay $150 labor. This was not installed correctly and I’m asked to pay for the installation mistake. This is not a warranty issue it’s an installation / quality control issue. If you do business with this company you need to do your own quality control behind the install and have the knowledge to point out anything they didn’t install correctly. Seeing some of the other comments I don’t see Costco working with this company much longer. I plan to let Costco know about this issue as well to save other members from getting the shaft from this company. Response to Door Pro comment below. To be exact the order date was April 19, 2019 so you were informed within the last 5 years as you stated below. This is an installation quality control issue with installer and repair man who came out within the first year for a spring adjustment. Both of your employees should have addressed this issue. And as stated above this was pointed out to me by a professional Home inspector which I am not. I am also not a garage expert. You shouldn’t be blaming the customer for your quality control / installation shortcuts. Take some ownership and responsibility in your work and quit making excuses. Exactly what I thought more excuses….More pictures to come. Yes you are correct I am expecting a free service to have a correct length garage door seal installed. You were paid in full to do the job right it shouldn’t be the customers fault that you have absolutely zero quality control. I’ve read reviews of your installers completely missing the studs and units falling off the wall….As you stated above and you also agreed it’s been under 5 years (If it was truly an issue from the original installation and we had been informed at least once in the past 5 years, we could've worked with you on this.) I contact you within 5 years and you’re not working with me at all.
