Overall had a great experience with Nathan and his crew. Very quick to respond when I first reached out and was able to come out within a couple of hours from when I initially called. Nathan was able to look at our garage door which had been damaged after I accidentally backed into it (it was a cold morning, which made the rails contract and caused the sensors to misalign so while the door did open, it did not open fully and stopped so that the last section of the door was still blocking the opening). Our door was bent out of shape, off the rail, and the bottom trim had come off. In addition, the motor ended up breaking after testing it to see if it would still work. Nathan was willing to fix the door and motor but in the end we decided it was more cost effective to just replace everything. Price was very reasonable and the removal and installation was quick and very well-done. Only "complaint" was that the crew arrived a little later than the expected window but Nathan was very good about reaching out and keeping me updated. I am very happy with the new door (R-10) but even more excited about the weatherstripping they added to make sure the opening was completely sealed. Definitely recommend this company! I had a double oversized insulated garage door installed by The Xperts Garage Door Repair, and the entire experience has been disappointing. The installer set the new track an inch lower than the old one, which means my upper built-in cabinets can no longer open unless I cut or damage the cabinet doors. I didn’t replace my old door because it wasn’t working — it was simply aging and the insulation backing was coming loose and falling off. I decided to invest nearly $2,800 (same price other companies quoted) for a clean, new replacement. Unfortunately, the new door already had issues on day one: the plastic insulation backing was coming loose on two panels immediately after installation, and now multiple panels are separating. I called the owner within a month to explain all of this. He dismissed my concerns and never came out to inspect or repair anything. That kind of response tells you everything you need to know. Do not use a company that doesn’t stand behind their work or care about customer satisfaction. This was another hard-earned lesson dealing with poor service in the DFW area.

Nathan came out to repair our very heavy custom wood garage door after the spring broke. He explained everything clearly pointing out other parts that I should consider replacing. This was helpful without seeming as if he was just an upsell. The door had always been loud and landed hard, but now it’s adjusted properly and operates smoothly. He was able to come out the same day making it only an overnight that we were trapped. Nathan is professional, straightforward, and easy to work with—you know exactly what you’re getting into before committing. An added bonus: they also can help me with my driveway gate.
