Great service. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the following day. Technician came on schedule and did the repair. He explained our various service options and explained how to use the new system patiently and thoroughly. Technician's name was Joshua - very knowledgeable, experienced, and a nice guy. Glad to have our garage door workly properly again.

Needed 3 new garage openers after purchasing a home in Greenwich. Out of everyone, they were the quickest to respond. When the technician, Mike, arrived, I showed him everything and what I wanted the end result to be. Mike was beyond friendly and polite, but he also went over all of the options that were available to me. He took the time to walk through everything with me. After installation, he again walked me through all of the programming needed. Precision is absolutely a company I will have no problem with calling again. Thank you.

We had Precision Garage Doors of Danbury come to inspect and replace a defective 20+ year old door opener. The technician, David Brian, arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. He agreed to do the replacement as part of the same visit, working into the evening. He also set up our remotes so each remote would control both doors, and oiled our other garage door at no extra charge. Would definitely use them again.

Customer service was amazing. They were able to schedule us a day earlier and this was a huge plus. I thought that I just had a broken cable. As it turns out, I had both cables that snapped along with the spring. My technician Jeffrey Barrales told me that this was a common problem and assured me that he would have the garage door fixed in about an hour. Jeffrey did not disappoint. It was fixed, adjusted and tested in just over an hour. Thank you Jeffrey.

I found Precision on the internet, booked an appointment on line by looking at available times, received confirmation and updates by text, received a cell phone call updating me that my serviceman was 30 minutes away, received an assessment of options for repair of the problem and other maintenance I might want with prices, made my choices, and it all happened like magic!! Repair done, garage doors working perfectly and a plan for regular maintenance and upgrades in place! This is 5-star service at its best and the price was right, even reasonable!! The team at precision doors is amazing. They're very professional. We had great communication, timely arrival and communication from the technician Joshua, the work was performed quickly and they cleaned up after. Not a single thing to complain about. I wouldn't hesitate for a sec to use them again for garage door repair or install, and I'd absolutely recommend them to others.

Both technicians who came were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and reasonable. They did not try to pressure us into getting any extras.
