Called about a time urgent repair late at night. They were able to come over next day and gave me a courtesy call before they showed up. The repair cost was very reasonable. The gentleman was very personable. Repair was done very quick and to my satisfaction. Highly recommend

One of the springs on our overhead door snapped the Friday before Labor Day, leaving us unable to access our shop. Because of the holiday, none of our local overhead door repair companies (Kettering area) were available. After making a dozen or so calls and getting nothing but voice mail, Garage Door Repair LLC of Dayton answered. They sent a technician out Saturday morning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were unable to get our door repaired for the weekend because parts were not immediately available, but got back to us as soon as they could after the holiday. By midday Tuesday our door was fully functioning, and honestly better than ever before. The cost was right where it should be, IMO. Not inexpensive, but if you want a professional to come to you, repair something, and do it well... You shouldn't expect it to be low cost.

Called this company yesterday to come out and do a estimate on replacing the Spring on my garage door. technician came out the next day. Looked around for 2 minutes then quoted me 875 dollars to fix it. He said it will take him about 45 minutes to get the job done. So I was going to pay $875 for 45 minutes. Because he needed to get home to Kentucky after he left I immediately called another company. They came out did a estimate. And quoted me 460 for the same repair.

Had called in the morning to have my garage door repaired, as my vehicle was trapped. A gentleman by the name of Chris answered and was able to work me into the day’s schedule. The place of business was very professional and accommodating! Service technician, Cole, was expert and did a great job of diagnosing the issue and replacing the necessary parts—with a vehicle in his way no less. Thanks much, I definitely appreciate both of your help!

Wow - A+ all the way! Our garage door had a broken spring. I called first thing in the morning and was scheduled for the same afternoon. The tech arrived on time and assessed the door. The amazing thing was that he didn't try to upsell anything!! He gave me a verbal quote, then got to work. Within an hour our garage door was operational - with the new spring I expected and a full inspection and greasing that was above and beyond expectations. Outstanding job!! I'll definitely call again if our other door has problems or when the time comes to get new doors!

Great company. Joe came out the same day to troubleshoot the issue. The garage door hadn't been working before, but when he showed up, it magically worked (of course). He was very understanding and also took the opportunity to talk about the pros of proactively replacing our old motor. He didn't charge anything for the visit, but we will definitely be following up soon with GDR so they can replace our system.

Joe came out and knew what was wrong right away, he was extremely professional and nice to talk to. From the moment I called I felt comfortable with this company, he came out right away, fixed someone else’s mistake and had it back to brand new. Thanks Joe! Update 10-13-24. Mark was super helpful, there was a miscommunication on the schedule. He sent Ron out and Ron handled our issues quickly and professionally. Nice guy to talk to and I learned a lot from him. Will continue to use these guys all the time.
