As a veteran I support veteran owned businesses; in part, there is just an exceptional level of professionalism that goes with that and all the people at Precision Door didn’t disappoint. The salesman was very thorough in explaining my options and the installers did an excellent job. They all were courteous and had great personalities, which gave me a feeling of confidence that I picked the right garage door company.

The young lady who answered the phone was so incredibly sweet and worked it out to get someone to me quickly. The technician who came out was also very friendly. However, he told me I needed to replace my entire lift system and quoted me a price that was over $5000. When I said I couldn’t afford that right now he told me we could just replace certain parts and it will lower the price. That price was still well over $2000. I told him I wanted to get a quote from other companies and he said he could replace just the spring so I could at least get out of my garage for now. So he did that and I felt it was still extremely high but I had to be able to get my car out. I called another company and they would have replaced the spring for $750 less. The entire lift system that I was told that needed to be replace for over $5000 they would have done for $895. But turned out I didn’t need it anyway. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I told them my husband had just passed away. Their employees are very nice but I would not recommend using them until you get quotes from other reputable companies.

Probably the best experience I’ve had with any local business. Absolutely professional. Quality work. The installers were extremely polite and respectful and did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Teagan came to our house to see why the door would not lift up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and checked out every component of our garage door system. He showed me the options of how to get the problem fixed, and showed me what parts are still in working order. Once I made a decision, he quickly resolved the problem. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. I feel very satisfied with the work I received.

Jessie was a fantastic person to work with! I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. He did a great job installing a new door opener, new rollers, setting up our remotes and remote keypad, then explaining the operation and future maintenance needs to keep it top notch.

We had an excellent experience working with Jack and Byron at Precision Garage Door. They were quick, efficient and thorough in their work. Jack arrived to our home within 30-40 minutes of our call to assist with a garage door spring breaking. He followed up with Byron who arrived shortly after. I was not aware of average garage door part prices in my area. I was overcharged on items by about 5x what the going rate is. For instance, $48 per rotor assembly when other companies charge $16. Then with the repairs to the door complete, my door would still not open. They wanted another almost $3k to replace the opener. The company I eventually used only charged $600 for the complete installation: parts and labor. If I had called the other company first they could have fixed me up and I would not be hurting from the over $2k of what Precison charged. I will not use Precision ever again. I feel grossly taken advantage of for the parts and service I did receive. I feel like they are just looking for suckers to trust them and not realize their prices are insane.
