Our eperience was awesome! The front office person was professional and described what was going to happen and when and what to expect for our service call. Our call was scheduled for the same day. Jessie arrived when he said he would. He tried his best to repair our old garage door open but after multiple efforts it needed to be replaced and he installed a new one. He was very professional and explained everthing and he also found that there were things were wrong with the door itself, that he also corrected! Nice job Jessie!! Well done!

Great experience, excellent service. Friday night my garage door was only going up a few inches. One of the hinges had broken and had to be replaced. I called on Saturday morning and sent a picture of the broken hinge via text. He called back and gave an estimate for price and arrival time. He arrived by 1:30pm (on-time) and replaced it very quickly not exceeding the estimate. He did not charge extra for a Saturday visit (very happy). He was nice and courteous even gave advice on maintaing my garage door. Excellent experience for prompt, reasonably priced service to have my garage door fixed so quickly!

Golden State Garage Doors in Santee was awesome. Ours broke and we needed a fast solution, from the receptionist to the estimator to the installers they were all excellent. In addition extremely knowledgeable and very fast installers. The experience was outstanding, so nice in today's world to have great customer service and quality work. Highly recommended.

Our garage door that they originally installed needed a repair while we were in Europe and our son was in the house alone. They came by with 1 guy and did the repair in under an hour. They billed me $350. I questioned the bill and they said they'd reduce it to $300 which is still triple what anybody would have charged. They said they sent 2 guys which they did not. My son said there was only 1 guy so they must have had 1 real guy and 1 imaginary. The door broke again 4 weeks later and I called them and they never called back. I called another company and they were out within an hour and charged me $99. Needless to say, I'll never be calling Golden State again.

The tune up and maintenance on my garage door was very quick and simple. Rend, lubricated all of the moving parts , tracks, springs and hinges and aligned the sensors, since they needed hand tightening. It took him less then 10 minutes to complete this. He thought his service call was for a large garage door, and said that small single garage doors usually don't have as many problems as long we keep it lubricated. I was a little disappointed, since there was not much involved. The cost of $95, seem a little much for what was done. Other than that he seem very competent. I do appreciate that I was able to have someone come out on same day.

Tom was great! My OLD Craftsman garage door opener was acting up. Tom gave me the option of repairing it or replacing it. I asked him to replace it. BOY! This new motor is so quiet! It is very high tech! It has more features in it than I need. I should have replaced it long ago. THANKS TOM!
