I needed my garage doors replaced after I ran into one. Julio, Julian, Natalie and "A" (I didn't want to risk butchering her name) were so nice and professional. They communicated with me at all aspects of the installation. From the quote to installation, I couldn't have had a better experience. I'm so happy I reached out to them. They have been the best people I've ever had work on my home and I'm tough to please. I will call them again if, God forbid, I hit my garage doors again. I had a issue with my garage door on a Sunday afternoon and called JJ Garage Doors and Julio answered the phone right away and I explained what my situation was he was here at my home within a couple of hours. He closed the garage door completely so nothing or no one would get in and then Julio and his crew came back a couple of days later when I was off from work and installed a brand new door with motor and rails and did an amazing job. Very professional workmanship and he arrived when he said they would and after the installation explained how to add and work the app so I may open and close my garage from anywhere. I would definitely recommend JJ Garage Door to family and friends. I thought the price was very good considering everything that had to be replaced and even coming on a Sunday. Very Happy and pleased with this job.

Garage door spring broke Sunday night. Monday morning I called for an appointment and they sent a young lady out right away. A bit over an hour later she was done. Super nice, helpful and explained what she did and why! Cleaned up, garage door operating perfectly, price was super reasonable and she offered some maintenance tips for the future regarding the door! Could not be happier! Highly recommend- wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

The customer service and workmanship is very high grade. The explanation of what would be done on the garage door installation was very clear and easy to understand.

Called them for an emergency fix . They showed up within 2 hrs. Were able to install a temporary spring set. Ordered a complete new door and installed it a few days later. I had used them before for a garage door opener install. They are Very Reliable and their prices are Great. While they were installing my door my neighbor down the street saw them and had his broken springs fixed too!!.
